So, you might be excited to know that They Might Be Giants are coming to Charlotte for a one day only, two show performance at ImaginOn: The Joe and Joan Martin Center on Sunday, June 15th at the McColl Family Theatre. Concert times are 1pm and 4pm.

Gustafer sat in the library shelves, sad that he could not check out a book. Suddenly, he had an idea. He could get a library card and then he could check out all the books that he wants!
But where could he get a library card?
Gustafer went to the Circulation desk, where a nice staff member helped him fill out a library card application. In no time, Gustafer had his library card!
Gustafer checked out some of his favorite picture books so he could do some light reading over the weekend.

Even though the Tricycle Music Fest officially wrapped up this past Sunday at ImaginOn, Lunch Money will be performing two additional FREE concerts at the Morrison Regional Library branch later this month. The concert will be part of Morrision's "Festival in the Parking Lot." There will be a huge booksale, crafts for kids, and a whole lot more.

Here's another Tricycle Music Fest exclusive: a new tune from Lunch Money! They performed this song August 5th at ImaginOn for the Tricycle Music Fest. The Jellydots are currently working on their next album. During their concerts at the Tricycle Music Fest they performed the song "San Diego," which will be on the upcoming album. The Tricycle Music Fest rolls on into August with performances by the band Lunch Money. The band performs live at ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center on Sunday August 5 at 2pm and 4pm. Their first album "Silly Reflection" is available for check out from the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.

The Jellydots helped us kick off the Tricycle Music Fest, and to close their first concert they performed a special version of their song "Bicycle." They only performed this version once. Luckily we got it on tape!
The Dan Zanes & Friends concerts this past Sunday were huge successes. Dan and his band mates performed to enthusiastic crowds at both shows. Afterwards, Dan met his fans, signed posters, and posed for photographs. Photos from Sunday are already appearing on Flickr. Take a look at these.
